We are open 5 days a week. The hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM weekdays, Sat 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We use Wella and Tigi Colors. The atmosphere at Hair Café is creative, motivating and fun. We love our profession, work as a team and receive our ongoing "hands on" education at the Toni&Guy Academy in Santa Monica. Receptionist position
Part Time Position (available August 2010)We are looking for someone that has excellent phone and customer service skills and loves to deal with clients and the general public. The ability to multitask and some computer skills are also necessary. Trendy and fashionable dress code is required.
Job Description:
Clock in on time, turn on the computer, open the salon clientele program, make sure the register has sufficient
change, check for messages, return phone calls, make coffee/cappuccinos, pull specific files on certain clients
for the stylists. Greeting arriving clients, scheduling, rescheduling appointments, entering new client data
into the system, and ringing up finished clientscall and confirm appointments, recommend retail items.
Wash and fold towels, and make sure everything looks presentable and orderly throughout the day. Light cleaning
duties.
We are looking for a person who loves dealing with clients and is not afraid of hard work and a busy environment.
